Dear Participants of the European Steel Congress STEEL 2023,

1. Participation in the substantive part of the European Steel Congress STEEL 2023 is free of charge.
2. Individual registration for the congress is required.
   To do this, click the "Register now" button at the top of the congress homepage.
   Then press the "Tickets" button.
   The next step is to select one ticket of the appropriate type (Free ticket / Media) and click the "Ticket" button.
   The registration form in the Evenea system will open, where you should enter your data, select the appropriate consents, and click the "Next" button. After checking your details, click "Confirm". An email with confirmation of participation will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form. The email contains a link where you can download the voucher. This voucher, in paper or electronic form, should be presented at the entrance to the congress, at the reception located in the Lower Hall of the MCK Katowice.
3. The Organizer cannot register larger groups of participants on their own due to, among other reasons, the need for personal consent to the processing of personal data.
4. We strongly encourage you to register for the congress in advance, but registration will also be possible during the congress, directly at the congress reception.
5. The entrance to the European Steel Congress STEEL 2023 will be located on the side of Plac Sławika and Antalla - i.e., from the side of Spodek.
6. Free locker rooms will be available for participants.
7. The Inaugural Session of the congress will take place on September 18, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the B+C ballrooms.
8. All congress sessions will be translated into English. Simultaneous interpretation kits will be available in the Lower Hall, on the left side of the congress reception desk (looking from the entrance). We kindly ask you to return the translation kits after each day of the congress and rent them again the next day.
9. Please observe the information provided on the multimedia displays at the entrance doors to individual MCK Katowice rooms - especially restrictions on access to specific rooms.
10. Information on the availability of parking in the nearby of MCK Katowice will be provided in the near future.
11. In case of needing medical assistance, please contact individuals with "Organizer" identifiers or security personnel.
