As for Association activity it is to focus its efforts primarily on representing and protecting the interests of its members in central and local legislative and executive bodies, coordinating the activities of business entities with scrap metal in the domestic and foreign markets, providing information to its members, providing the Ukrainian manufacturer with scrap metal, improving the environmental situation in Ukraine, assistance in improving the efficiency of enterprises engaged in operations with scrap metal, their competitiveness, as well as reducing the crime in this area.
